On February 14, construction began on the “Orzechowa” residential project in the Włochy district of Warsaw. This is our latest and also our third project in Warsaw. Completion of the development is scheduled for early 2026. The general contractor for the project is SPS Construction.
The estate will be built at 3 Orzechowa Street . This rapidly developing part of the city is characterized by good service and educational infrastructure. In turn, the investment’s excellent location and proximity to public transportation stops will provide convenient access to office centers, shopping malls and other districts of Warsaw.
The Orzechowa project will provide 114 functionally designed apartments. The offer includes units ranging from 1 to 4 rooms with varying square meters from 25 to 82 sqm. The designers made sure that each apartment is characterized by a set layout of rooms and good daylight. In addition, each unit, depending on its location, will have a balcony, loggia or garden. The building will also feature convenient underground parking. For the additional comfort of users, on the first floor of the building retail and service premises have been designed.
