Responsibilities

Conducting housing projects from obtaining a building permit through selection of the method of implementation, selection of contractors, supervision of implementation to obtaining an occupancy permit and settlement of the investment, in particular: Preparing the construction site by: Obtaining connection conditions (electricity, water), ordering designs and making connections for construction purposes, fencing the construction site, access roads

Coordination of the work of teams of inspectors: Preparation of agreements with companies servicing the investment, participation in coordination meetings, supervision of the work of inspectors, representation of the investor to the General Contractor.

Participate in the establishment of conditions, standards and verification of technical documentation at each level

Participate in negotiations and arrangements with the General Contractor and other contractors

Preparation and participation in the work of finishing apartments (design and execution stage)

Participation in work on ESG

Participation in the work on the organization of the warranty service

Preparation and participation in tender procedures
Requirements
-
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the implementation of residential buildings as a Project Manager on the side of the Investor (residential developments) or General Contractor

Very good knowledge of the construction process
-
Experience in conducting tenders for construction works and negotiating contracts with contractors
-
Ability to estimate the real state of progress of the work and identify any risks that may affect the smooth progress of the work

Knowledge of procedures and regulations related to the implementation of investments
-
knowledge of MS Office software, knowledge of MS Project would be an advantage
-
advanced knowledge of English, including industry-specific terminology
