Responsibilities

Participation in the preparation of land acquisition strategies in the local market (Warsaw, Wrocław, Trójmiasto respectively)

Responsibility for the acquisition of investment land for residential projects for sale and lease
-
Market analysis and maintenance of relations with agents and brokers
-
Analysis of investment plots (legal, technical and financial)

Negotiation of transaction terms with land owners
-
Preparation of agreement and transaction documentation
-
Participation in the preparation of investment in cooperation with the project manager
Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of investment land acquisition (experience in the residential segment preferred)

Proven track record of success in the area of investment land acquisition in the residential segment
-
Very good knowledge of the residential real estate market in Warsaw

Ability to analyse investment land

Strong negotiating skills and goal-oriented attitude

Communicative English language skills

Strong interpersonal skills
