In the heart of the historical city of Kortrijk (Belgium), you can find this unique residential project located in the former National Bank.

The building was stood empty for several years until Groep Huyzentruyt received the possibility to give this building a new life.

With respect for the past, the façade dating from 1939 was restored.

With an eye toward a sustainable future, the inside was fully renovated. The former offices are converted into residential accommodation with high ceilings and large terraces full of greenery. The former counters make way for a courtyard garden, and the old vault room and archive rooms are converted into parking and storage areas.    

This makes the building a unique home for different generations, a place where history and future meet.
